From I-12:
Heading west on Interstate 12, take the Interstate 10 exit toward New
Orleans. Take the Essen Lane exit (Louisiana Highway 3064) and bear right. Travel
0.2 miles and turn right at the traffic signal at Our Lady of the Lake Regional
Medical Center’s Emergency entrance. Take a left turn and then an immediate right
turn into Mary Bird Perkins’ parking lot.
From I-10:
Heading east on Interstate 10, bear right at the I-10/I-12 split. Take first
exit (Essen Lane/Louisiana Highway 3064) and bear right. Travel 0.2 miles and turn
at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center’s Emergency entrance. Take
a left turn and then an immediate right turn into Mary Bird Perkins’ parking lot.

Heading east or west on Interstate 12, take the Highway 51 South exit (SW Railroad Avenue). Travel 0.9 miles to North Oaks Medical Center’s emergency room entrance drive and turn right. Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is on the campus of the Medical Center, located toward the rear of the complex.
